Paulina escapes with a broken ankle. Chanel, crushed when Jodevil ends their marriage, is comforted by Allie. The comfort turns to love making, which Paulina sees when she comes into the room. She backs away and does not reveal what she saw. Jodevil gets EJ to turn over the power of attorney and then plans to make sure EJ goes to prison for kidnapping Sami — a deed Lucas did. Lucas has to testify. Belle, serving as EJ's lawyer, insists he have a trial by jury as she fears he will try to buy off the judge. Shawn convinces Ciara and Ben to wait before finding their baby's gender. Ava gets two prisoners to say Rafe planted evidence on them. Xander is thrilled when Abigail thinks she has located Sarah. Maggie tells Gabi and Johnny she will get Victor to let them take over the country. Searching for Kristen, Steve and Kayla head to the monastery, where they pose as a nun and a priest. Kristen has been taken in by the mother superior. Susan realized Johnny has been taken over by the devil. Jodevil prepares to turn her into a bug. He relents but gets her to forget what she knows, and she leaves Salem.
