DEAR STACY: What is next for Aaron Paul? Loved him in "Breaking Bad." — Brenda F., Warren, Ohio

DEAR BRENDA: A long-haired Paul will be seen this summer in "Decoding Annie Parker," the Samantha Morton-Helen Hunt movie based on a true story about a doctor and patient bent on showing a genetic link between women and breast cancer. The film has a brilliant cast (Bradley Whitford, Rashida Jones, Maggie Grace, etc.) and a lot to say. He plays the drunken father of two young vandals in "Hellion" with Juliette Lewis, which debuted at the Sundance Festival in January to good reviews and will be in theaters and on video-on-demand later this year via Sundance Selects. He portrays the prophet Joshua in Ridley Scott's December-opening Biblical drama, "Exodus: Gods and Kings." And his and Will Arnett's animated Netflix series, "BoJack Horseman: A Tale of Fear, Loathing and Animals" is expected mid-year. Here's hoping those do better for him than the unlucky "Need for Speed."

DEAR STACY: I read that Jesse McCartney was coming out with a new album this month, but I haven't seen it. What's happening? — Katelyn M., Cedar Rapids, Iowa

DEAR Katelyn: McCartney's "In Technicolor" album is now set for June release. This is the record that the 27-year-old pop star described to Billboard as a throwback to '70s disco pop. Ought to be interesting.

DEAR STACY: I was surprised when a friend told me that singer Laura Branigan died years ago. What happened to her? — L.S., Torrance, Calif.

DEAR L.S.: Branigan, who scored hits with such pop tunes as "Self Control" and "Gloria," died in August 2004 of a brain aneurysm. She was 47.

DEAR STACY: What is Mary Hart up to nowadays? Miss her on "E.T." — Lee B., Huntington, W.Va.

DEAR LEE: Although retired, the 63-year-old one-time Miss South Dakota still appears in the public eye occasionally. She is involved in several charities, and, as an avid fan of the L.A. Dodgers, is seen at the ballpark now and then. She's sung the national anthem and filled in as an announcer.
