DEAR STACY: Please tell what's next for Allen Leech, my favorite "Downton Abbey" star. — Mary S., Sacramento, CA

DEAR MARY: With "Downton" all finished in the UK and airing its final season here, Leech — a.k.a. one-time chauffeur Tom Branson — has the big screen "Hunter's Prayer" in the pipeline. It's an action thriller due in Sept., starring Sam Worthington and Alicia Silverstone. Based on Kevin Wignall's novel For the Dogs, it has Worthington as a hitman hired by a young girl to avenge the murders of her parents and brother.

DEAR STACY: Are Jussie Smollett of "Empire" and Jurnee Smollett of "Friday Night Lights" brother and sister? I would like to know more about their backgrounds. — Granadaskids

DEAR GRANADASKIDS: Yes, 29-year-old Jurnee and 32-year-old Jussie are siblings, and they have three brothers and one sister. The six Smollett offspring acted together on the 1994-1995 series "On Our Own." Their parents, Joel and Janet Smollett, came from Russian/Polish Jewish and African American families, respectively. Joel passed away a year ago at age 58 after battling cancer. Of the siblings, Jurnee has the most extensive credits, going back to when she was Denise, pal of Michelle Tanner, on "Full House." She did stints on "True Blood" and "Parenthood" among other shows and films. She is married to musician Josiah Bell and goes by the name Jurnee Smollett-Bell. Jussie's other credits include Rob Reiner's "North" film and "The Mighty Ducks." He is also a singer-songwriter in real life, and his work appears on the Season 1 soundtrack of "Empire."

DEAR STACY: Whatever happened to Scott Plank of Lifetime's "The Division"? — UWB

DEAR UWB: Plank died of injuries sustained in a car accident in October 2002. He was 44 years old. The actor was also familiar as Nick Reardon on "Melrose Place" and played Wiley Farrell on "Air America."

DEAR STACY: Is Pat Sajak the original and only host of "Wheel of Fortune"? — G.H., Warren, OH

DEAR G.H.: Yes and no. Yes, Sajak is the one and only host of the current, syndicated version of "Wheel of Fortune" that's been on the air since 1983. No, the original host of the daytime "Wheel of Fortune" was Chuck Woolery — from 1975-1981. After his departure, Sajak was hired, and he kept the daytime gig along with the nighttime show 'til 1989. He was followed by Rolf Benirschke (1989) and Bob Goen (1989-91). That version was cancelled in '91.
